1. Learn to appreciate sugar highs; they can be your greatest ally in the quest for child-like bliss
2. Scream loudly at least once a week; this is excellent stress therapy and good practice for those necessary tantrums
3. Cry through disney films; you may cry at the sad parts (see Lion King/Fox and the Hound/Bambi/Brother Bear) or, if watching repeatedly, cry in anticipation of the sad parts right from the very beginning
